Maharashtra state government has notified the “Maharashtra Renewable Energy and Energy Storage Policy 2025-26 to 2035-36” with the objective of encouraging rapid renewable energy adoption along with energy storage development in the next 10 years aligned with India’s NDC targets and Net zero by 2070.
