National Long Term Resource Adequacy Plan 2026-36

The transition towards green energy has gained momentum in the past two decades. Energy alternates that are non-fossil fuel based such as solar, wind, hydro, nuclear and geothermal; assisted by Energy Storage Systems are the primary choices of transition. The Long-term National Resource Adequacy Plan (LT-NRAP) developed by the Central Electricity Authority stipulates to assess the adequacy of electricity resources over a ten-year planning horizon.
